Would like to join the above league. Not sure how to contact commish or owners. Hopefully they may see this.

This is a franchise league however one owner has entered a team with no reference to the franchise they chose so I can't choose a franchise without knowing if I'd be duplicating;

I wouldn't let your team choice dissuade you from joining the league. I would suggest that whoever happens to choose the same franchise as Rexgroovi, they would get that franchise and the Commish would then ask Rexgroovi to take the unchosen franchise.
