Seeking 1 replacement team owner for our keeper league

We are seeking a replacement team owner to join our keeper league, SBDL (Same but different league) as we enter our 80th season.

This is a 12-team league set up with a somewhat limited player set (limited by last name of the players with approximately 40% of all players excluded each season). At the start of each new season, teams name 3 keepers, then there is a steal round where teams take a player from one of the other teams, and then up to 3 more keepers can be named. After all keepers (up to 7 including steal picks) have been named, there is a 6 round message board draft followed by an auto-draft. The new owner may select a new unique stadium, but once selected, stadiums must be kept for at least 3 seasons. The 3 divisions are currently divided by team's relative success (win % in SBDL seasons), and the team needing an owner for season 80 is in the West (the lowest winning percentages amongst the 12 managers). Divisional alignment is expected to remain stable for the next 9 seasons.

We are just completing the playoffs for Season 79 and would like to start the preseason process for Season 80 as soon as we can find a replacement. We have a great group of guys (and even a couple who haven't yet made it to senior citizen status).

if interested, I can email the detailed complete rules
