I want to join the Franchise League that states it is "npn carded". I don't know what "Npn carded" means. Does that mean I can use any player card for a player who played at any time for the MLB franchise? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure it's a typo and should be "non" carded. Here is the league you are asking about:
