Does anyone know where Strat gets their negro league stats from? None of the stats are even close to what baseballreference.com has for them. I love that they're represented in the sets but a little disappointing if they're just making them up. Especially lefty/righty splits. I can't imagine they're based on actual performance.
Has strat ever issued a statement on how they researched these players?
