COMPOSING A NEW MESSAGE, THIS NEW FEATURE SUCKS

PLEASE HELP ME BOYS. I DO NOT SEE A FEATURE TO COMPOSE A NEW MESSAGE FOR A BUTTON TO SEND TO ALL.
IF I AM MISSING SOMETHING PLEASE LET ME KNOW. RIGHT NOW I AM MORE THAN NOT HAPPY. NOW I HAVE TO LIST EVERY COACHES NAME TO SEND A LEAGUE MAIL. NOT HAPPY. I FACILITATE SEVERAL LEAGUES, SO I HAVE TO COMPOSE MESSAGES TO ALL COACHES.

From League - Inbox - Compose New Message - the 'To All' box is right at the top of the form.

As Bill said, there is an INBOX under YOUR LEAGUE and there is ALSO an INBOX under YOUR ACCOUNT.
They are TWO DIFFERENT ENTITIES.
The one under YOUR LEAGUE works just like the messaging system used to work in a League.
The one under YOUR ACCOUNT is NOT Your League; it is the entirety of Strat online managers, and a message has to be accepted or blocked.
I use the one under YOUR LEAGUE all the time and it works fine.

I unthreaded it and bam, back in business. But why???? Whatever.
