No - although I am solidly in the older demographic, our league is an alphabet draft league. The first randomizer was to determine order of letter selection.

Since there are no contested players, according to strat, waiver priority list will simply be the order of league signup. Since there are a number of free agents available, randomizing the list is more equitable to everyone.
