Pretty much the same as the previous Reeling in the Years leagues, the description is copied from previous league. I've highlighted the changes/updates below in red. Read carefully and come join! It's in the private leagues, I can't figure out how to move it to public, so that's why I'm posting here. 
LEAGUE: Reeling in the Years VII: 12 teams this time
Player Set: ATG 9 All Eras
Skill Level: Standard
Draft type: Auto List Draft
Salary Cap: $110,000,000
Salary Floor: none
FA Drop Penalty: 5%
DH Rule: yes
Waivers: yes
Postseason Format: 2 rounds: Best-of-7, Best-of-7
Opening Day: 3 days after draft
Managers may own multiple teams: no
Description:
1. Pick one season, and fill out your roster with players from that season. (Single-season NEL players are eligible.) Put your designated season year as the "Location" of your team for clarity.
2. If a player has multiple cards, you must play only the card from your designated season.
3. If you cannot meet your roster requirements with players from your designated season, you can select players from the preceding or subsequent season (as long as they aren't already claimed seasons), and the player must be under $2m. You can do this ONLY to meet roster requirements. For example, if you need a second catcher, select only a second catcher; you can’t select a third catcher just because you want him on your roster.
4. After the draft, players from your designated season are your farm team. You cannot make any other waiver pickups: only player cards from your season.
5. Trades are encouraged, and these tend to be heavy trading leagues. You can trade players from your designated season. But there’s a twist: If you acquire a player in a trade, you CAN play any of those player’s cards. (In other words, some players from your designated season might have much more value as trade bait.)
6. Select a ballpark from your season — if there is no ballpark from your season, you must use a ballpark from the year closest to your season

8. Every manager will be deputized to check for compliance, this way we'll catch mistakes or slip ups faster.
