The error rating matters as well, but I'd go with the 1 who is rated E as a hitter unless he had a high E number and the 4 had a super low E rating.

A 4e10 is equivalent to a 1e34 defensively.

What matters most offensively in that particular park is obp, next are doubles. Unless his error rating is awful i would go with the better hitter at 3rd and make up defense up the middle. Remember it's a total lineup that makes runs happen, so you need guys to get on and get moved around the bases by hits, not just walks or HBP.
