Correct me if i am wrong but is this a league where a manager selects his complete team in a preselected order? that is to say, the first manager picks his squad and when done the 2nd picks his and so on

I think in general the teams and the draft will depend on what you want to set up. With all the players it should be quite competitive.

Are the divisions set up in the pecking order of 1,2,3,4 then 5,6,7,8, and finally 9,10,11,12?
