Debating the rules is probably itself a violation of the rules. Do such rules work? Log in to the strat fan forums and count the number of people who express dissatisfaction. Then come back and try to convince me it does not work.

They allow constructive criticism per the rules. They don't allow destructive stuff. I don't see the problem with that.
