Also clarification on stadiums with nonrestrictions does that mean the two new years added that were not allowed on Leagues 1-6 will be allowed for the Semis and Championship Leagues or does no restrictions just mean you can pick any of the 1-7 categories and those two new years are still not allowed as choices.
