I have not heard from any of the 4 remaining players that are absent from this league. One last e-mail will go out, and replacements will be asked to join this league if I dont hear from the missing four.

wish I would have delayed entering until after the deadline. limiting pre-season to essentially half a sunday and a work day?

You would have been replaced in the league if you would have tried to delay the league for your own personal gain. I have people standing by who can jump into the league in a moments notice. It has always been my intention that all leagues 3-9 would fill by Friday and league #10 (the second week league) is a week behind.

Keep in mind that everyone in this league is subject to the same rules and time limitations. So everyone has the same amount of time to get prepared for opening day.

Barnstormers rules are spelled out that you cannot withdraw your team from the league once entered in order to match up against (or avoid) certain players. Likewise, deliberately delaying so that you might be able to control how much time you have in waivers is also not something I want to see start trending. That’s a lot harder to create a rule for but you can see that I have a vested interest in getting all leagues locked and loaded as soon as possible so that I can stop worrying about it and resume with having a life. Helping me do that is greatly appreciated.

Previously you were hard up on filling within couple days, not 4...but thats changed too I guess.

Sheriff--This wasn't an issue of rules...the last player's move was 100% within the rules...i just lamented/opined it was a confusing choice to have 2 days of dead time over the weekend, and less than half of that for actual team work post waivers. And I also did NOT delay--so there was no issue of violating anything. Not sure what chord was struck. Can't a guy moan and groan?

Please don't worry about wasting your time sending thread replies to my home email. I respect your time but if I wanted that feature I'd enable it. Im on the board every 2-3 days.

As for a life, I dont know why you do it, but no one forces you to. It--again--is appreciated. That has nothing to do with this. Maybe only worry about actual violations?
