Moose, I should be pick #6 instead of pick #7 in the draft order.

Yeah that's not something the commish powers have control over. I have to submit the order to SOM which I will do now. The currect order is:

The order is correct now.

Got unanimous approval from the board to switch to the Finals "Divisions" that the "Players Tour" likes to use. Based on Finals seedings that are "known".

1,6,7,12 - East
2,5,8,11 - Central
3,4,9,10 - West

We used to let HAL randomize the divisions and then wouldn't you know it - a whole division gets flooded with the WORLDS TOUGHEST PLAYERS and people bitching that I rigged it. This will be used this year and going forward.

I am super excited to participate in the 2024 BS Finals and look forward to competing against some of the best players in this SOM community! As a Rookie, I have a few questions about the process to help me manage my work/home life, as Moose mentioned this might last three days or more.

Will we have a designated starting and stopping time each day or should I just plan to be connected to the draft 24/7?

Will we be communicating with each other during the draft?

With the draft clock off, does that mean my selection will not be made until I physically enter it? In other words, the Live Draft will not automatically assign me a player, correct? I have tried multiple mock drafts and I am finding that even if I have players in my Queue, the system often just assigns me a random player. That is Scary!

Welcome to the 2025 draft.
There isn't a designated start/stop time. You don't need to stay up until all hours or take three vacation days to sit in front of the computer.
Just check in regularly. Once we get to the later rounds, it's a good idea to use queues to line up a few future picks before signing off.
Based on the previous discussion, I would not trust the queues for your stadium pick. Make sure you get the one you want.
