The Standard Drop Penalty has been changed to 5%/10%/20%. Although I'm outside the bubble, will the Semis still remain 20%?

We will follow the lead of SOM who has chosen to go the route of the 5%-10%-20% drop rule as the default, AND since all of our regular events are already 5-10-20, the semi's and finals will use it too. The main rules page will be updated with this new info.
