Welcome to SUMMER Barnstormers !
There hasn't been much to talk about up to now. Everybody must be following the NHL or NBA playoffs, or wandering over to your favorite MLB park to catch a game.
Having put Event 3 to bed with 6 drops, 2 of which were just plain NO SHOWS (surprising for only Event 3) we wind up with 160 active Barnstormers.
Event 4 is the often popular with many - the 60 Mil NO DH event. With first pitch scheduled for July 10 - hopefully the 4th of July holiday won't get in the way. I will set up leagues and send out invites on Thursday June 29. Get your team in early and there will be a lot of time before first pitch so you can cruise during the holiday. As usual, send me a mail if you are vacationing during that time and I will work around it with you.
League groupings used to date I will be working on later this week and you should be able to view it by next week. That's always a tedious thing for me to work on. It's hours of staring at leagues and a spreadsheet - and well you know - my eyes aren't what they used to be.
Jump in and say hi - I would like to see some comments on how you think the 2023 tour is going. Some familiar names grace the top of the leader board but there are some surprises too.
