When do we start using fillers?

Tomorrow morning (Thursday). I have two ready to go. I can be a third, but I'm trying to avoid it. I have two additional who just have not checked in yet. If anyone can send a couple of fillers my way, I'll get 'em in the queue and they can close out the last league tomorrow if necessary.
