2015 Tour Event Two League Assignments

Apparently Keyzick and I have the same linguistical training. I can't even remember who I put on my draft list, why I put them on there or what I'm trying to accomplish with this team. Hopefully, it will load tonight...maybe...please...

Sorry guys, looks like I missed the deadline -- got a healthy dose of real life and couldn't keep up.

What's my recourse, is there going to be a late league?

Unfortunately, no recourse for Event Two. But fortunately, you have an Event One team going and can still get in on Events 3-5 and keep your shot at the semis with four good scores.

FWIW, when these situations come up in the future, if I can get some sort of heads up via pm or email, I will fight until Friday at 10:45pm to keep your spot open. We all understand that real life doesn't always work out as conveniently, but I'm also sure everyone understands that, with no communication, we have to plow forward.

I hope your situation was resolved favorably and I hope we see you back and ready to go in 28 days for Event Three.

Unfortunately, that's not how it works.

From the rules thread (which I encourage everyone to read!)

A brief word on tardiness: If you have signed up appropriately and have a league assignment, you will not be immediately removed if you fail to enter your team by Wednesday. You may still enter your team Thursday (or possibly even Friday), late though it may be. HOWEVER, if I am able to close the league with fillers after the Wednesday deadline, you have then forfeited the event, no exceptions. You will not be reassigned to another league (or to another league the following week) under any circumstances.

You can play as an unrewarded "filler" (as mcsoupy is doing in Event One), but you may not switch leagues and play for points in any league except the one to which you were assigned.

Like jmoore, exwallman has a team in Event One. Both can still make the semis with four scores, they have only lost the ability to drop a fifth (lowest) score.

I plan to assign both to leagues for Event Three (which starts in 28 days!), unless they tell me ahead of time they want out.

I hope to have both of them back in!!

This is Phil01 and I was assigned to League#3 for event 2, but wasn't able to sign up in time. Is it possible to sign up today for league#3 or any other league for event#2? Let me know if I can sign up for a league today or it I have to wait until event#3 to enter a team.

See the posts above. While you are out of Event Two, you can still get back on board with Event 3.
