Commissioner's ruling- Tsylvester 22 has teams entered in both League 2 and League 4. The team in League 4 is deemed to be a "filler" for league 4 - i.e. not an official team for event 1. Tsylvester22's official team for event 1 is deemed to be the first team entered, which is his team in Event 1 League 2.
