League 1 first (filled)
League 2 next
League 3 after league 2 fills
League 4 only after League 3 fills

I have asked strat to keep the empty leagues "alive" while the earlier leagues fill.

I am hoping this league fills today, as I won't be able to do a Wednesday waivers this week. If it doesn't fill by tonight I'd have to pull out then hope it DOESN'T fill on Monday and then rejoin Tuesday hoping it would fill then for a Thursday waivers.
