I'll be getting my own "official" event 4 league into this league in the next few days.

I've been focused on contacting the players to complete event 3 (deadline was yesterday). Now that that's completed (subject to getting fillers for that event 3 league 10), I will start contacting players to get their official event 4 teams in.

If we get close to filling this league, but it's moving slowly, I'm open to getting some fillers in to complete this Event 4 League 8 league. That's what we did last week with Event 3 League 9 (and thanks again to the people that helped out by filling up that league).
