I think that there is a soft rule that you should try not to use a ballpark that you might want to use with one of your non-filler PC teams.
When I do a filler team, I generally use an extremely neutral park that I would not be using as one of my "live" tourney teams.
So, when I created a dummy team to start leagues, I used "Wrigley", since it's a flat 9-9-9-9, (even though I love the real Wrigley ballpark!), since I would not likely choose such a neutral park for one of my PC teams.
(Fortunately, I didn't get caught with my auto-filled dummy team as a live team entry so far!
)
The reason in my mind for this soft rule (please try to observe it), is that it would give you a chance to "try out" a ballpark against PC competition. So I would prefer that you don't re-use a ballpark for a filler team.
The reason why I describe this as a "soft" rule is that in some PC tourneys, some players have helped out by entering numerous filler teams over the 5 events. So I choose, as commissioner, to regard this as a soft rule, unless I see it being abused.
Please consider the re-use of a ballpark from a filler team and a "live" team to be prohibited.
