mp: They are assigned by seeding. The rules are posted in the semi-finals/finals rule thread under Players Championship.
I PM'd Keyzick that it's his pick. As people draft parks, please feel free to PM the next in line that it's their turn to draft. I'll be checking in here sporadically. thanks!

I'm hopeful that Gbrookes surfaces at some point as commissioner to formalize this thread and to message everyone involved about their need to draft. But I haven't seen him in a while and wasn't able to message him.
