Revised Event 5 Plan

League assignments will be done on Friday night August 11 at 10pm Eastern. Three Leagues(Leagues 1, 2 and 3) will be created with roughly 25-30 assigned to each league. I will also do a second randomization at the same time(undisclosed) for reassigning people that don't get in the first leagues. Those will be reassigned into two leagues so again roughly 25-30 people. Once your league fills the remaining players will be reassigned to league 4 or 5 per that randomization. When the last of the three leagues fill there may need to be an adjustment made by me to make sure there are equal or roughly equal numbers in each league. The remainders will be slotted into one league. After that there will probably be one late league. That may need to be adjusted if more than 7 leagues are needed but don't think that will be the case.
