Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

This has been my first championship tournament and it has been a lot of fun so far. As things start to solidify, I have a question. With regard to the first round of the playoffs, maybe I have missed this but I am not clear on how the teams will be assigned to the three divisions. Will it be random or some form of seeding? If it is seeded by points how will it be done?

if it's the same as the last couple of years then this is the way it goes I think----(from 2015 tournament)

"The seeding is serpentine -

League One

1, 6, 7, 12, 13, 18, 19, 24, 25, 30, 31, 36

League Two

2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, 35

League Three

3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 16, 21, 22, 27, 28, 33, 34

And then within each league, each division using the same serpentine principle..."


So I think league One should go 1,18,19,36 in one division, 6,13,24,31 and 7,12,25,30 in the other divisions and so on for league Two and Three

I think seeding is by games won in best four leagues including playoffs, so tournament standings are close to correct

Tiebreakers
1. Championships won
2. Finals made
3. Playoffs made
4. Run differential (four best teams for each manager totaled together)
5. Pick three winner
