With the 12 finalists set, can the Finals draft thread be set (or does it depend on how the playoffs finish)?

I think this is set with ringojb having the tiebreaker and bob711 with a max 467,

What is the tiebreak between ringo and bertolli? If ringo has the tiebreak, he is number 1 and the rest of the order is finalized (regardless of what happens in ringo's playoffs).

Tiebreakers
1. Championships won
2. Finals made
3. Playoffs made
4. Run differential (four best teams for each manager totaled together)
5. Pick three winner

I think ringojb would win the tiebreaker with 2 championships to 1. So if my numbers are correct the draft order is set.
