Is there a way to send a mass email to alert people that the PC is open/exists?

It seems many players know nothing about it and the numbers seem to be slipping every year.

II do not have emails for everyone. Moose requires them for Barnstormers but they have never done so for this one. My first year I asked for them but got very few and gave up.

I will see what I can get from strat and/or moose. Alternatively I will work on PM’s to the masses
