Why do teams enter the draft without clicking "ready"?

If this is you, please stop. It is insane. If you don't have your draft list ready please wait until you are ready prior to joining a league.

Relax. There are MANY first timers to the Game that have entered the Tourney. That's a good thing. Raise your hand if you've never entered a league without checking "Ready to Draft".........again, raise your hand if you've never entered a league without checking "Ready to Draft". Seeing none, I declare that we learn as we go, the newcomers will learn from your thread and eventually your league will be drafted.

Clearly you are not 40-59 in Event 1 and desperately in need of a fresh start
