League #2 2022 Semi-Final Draft; Concluded

Semi-Finals(SKIPPED)
Top 36 Managers play in three leagues of 12
(All 12 playoff qualifiers advance to Tour Champions League)
Start Date: Around November 15
Salary Cap: $80,000,000 (standard)
DH Rule: Yes (standard)
Free Agent Drop Penalty: 5/10/20
There will be a three round non-serpentine draft. Round 3 will be a player and also a unique ballpark to be done on the forum boards. Players will have the option in Round 3 to defer their ballpark pick if anyone feels there is an advantage to picking last so in essence the top seed could be last to select a ballpark, 2nd could be last or just before(depending on whether top seed waited etc The draft order will be the order of finish in tour points. Since each semi-finalist will have already used five different ballparks in Events I-V, they may not re-use those ballparks in the semi-finals. So, if a manager is picking 12th for the live ballpark draft in the semi-finals, he will have to choose from one of the 14 remaining ballparks (30 minus 5, minus 11 ballparks already drafted in that semi-final event).
It is expected that everyone will be ready to draft when the time comes. As such there will be a two hour clock running from the time we start the draft....ie round 1 will have a clock. The draft start time will be announced upon the start of the last league for Event 5 and will be roughly 2-3 days after Game 7 of the Finals for that league would take place.
