Have you ever done this?

Keep checking back to see if the first series of your new league has been played yet. Finally at about 10:30 pm Mountain Time realizing that it's not Monday yet; the games won't get played until tomorrow.

Of course, if I was still working, I doubt I would mix Sunday and Monday up!

Being an east coast guy I don't wait up for results. Early to bed and early to rise and enjoy my results before work.......so no, I've never done that.

I think it's the not working thing causing the confusion. Tough to differentiate Sunday from Monday when everyday is a holiday. Unfortunately, I always know when Monday is.

Keeping in theme with "have you ever done this"

Have you ever been offered a trade in a mystery league before the season starts and waited until game 141 to respond with "Accept" after seeing that trading a .198 hitter with 3 homeruns for a .311 hitter with 38 homeruns to a manager who didn't click the "rescind trade" button might, in fact, be a darn good trade?

Ouch. I am trying a mystery card league for the first time and years and am now grateful I rarely offer trades.
