I let the new guys switch stadiums if they wanted. Wasn't the rule that if you were switching stadiums you used your supplemental pick then got bumped to the end of the supplemental to pick your player? Or were there some stipulations on that? I can't recall how coyote had it set.

For returning players to change stadiums what you've stated is correct. For newbies the stadium selection doesn't affect the Supplemental Draft at all. And play-off teams forfeit their supplemental pick altogether to switch parks.
