90MM cap,5% drop penalty, no waivers, no DH, trades allowed, Franchise draft order will be done according to random # draw
After franchise draft there will be a draft of 2 rounds based on lowest franchise value to highest for both rounds , from teams not chosen. After 2 round draft teams not chosen players are off limits only pick ups mid season are from your franchise roster.Rosters of 100mm or more value of 2 players chosen in supp draft can't be more than 4MM,90-99.99 MM value of 2 players not more than 6MM and rosters below 90MM value can't be more than 8MM
There are 20 franchises rosters with # of players per team and roster value have been broken out (thanks to LMBOMBER) will be e-mailed to everyone once we have our 12
