The rules state that if a playoff team chooses to select a new stadium, they forfeit their Supplemental Draft pick completely. Horlen should be available to all. Here is the text:

STADIUMS: Non-playoff teams may pick a new, unique stadium with their pick. If they do, can still pick a player, but their player gets picked after all other teams pick theirs.
Playoff teams may not change stadiums... UNLESS… they forfeit their supplemental draft pick. In other words, a playoff team may elect to change stadiums or pick a player with their pick. A new stadium must still be unique.

I was led to believe I could change stadiums then make my supplemental pick, but after reading the rule, I was obviously wrong, therefore I will forgo my stadium pick and choose Horlen as my supplemental pick

My mistake. Thank you for posting. I cannot remember a playoff team switching stadiums. Good thing someone is double checking my work.
