Email SOM Support with any errors you find. They should fix any missing seasons being shown. For various reasons, they put out the 2000s in a bit of a rush. However, fixing something like this should be easy to do.
In the case of Lary Bowa's problem card*, I don't think they are going to fix it unless they redo the whole set.
*He has a season where he hit no homeruns, but that season his card has a chance to hit one. I don't remember details beyond that.
