Stawberry Staus - I don't understand

PostThu Mar 24, 2022 2:14 pm

IN the 90s, I have Strawberry. He was injured (HBP) for 15 games against a RP. HIt again with a shorter injury and then HBP with no injury. Since his only HBP injury is the 1991 season, I assume that's what I have for him. He has no othe HBP in the 1991 season. How can he get hit in a game (again vs RHP) without an injury? It came with 2-out in the 9th.

What am I missing, here?

I know in the super advanced system you can stay in the game in spite of rolling an injury.

When you roll an injury (on the original injury system), a d20 die is "rolled" to determine the extent of the injury. If a 1 or 2 is rolled, the hitter is temporarily injured and remains in the game. In this case, no injury is reported.

Thanks, I'd forgotten about that.
