90s Keeper League--Now Drafting in ILC

One small change is whichever division I end up in will be the East Division. This will allow me to create the league. This change will only affect the inaugural season.

Here is the draft order and division assignments. Managers have 24 hours to trade their draft position. Individual draft picks may not be traded--only your draft position. Deadline: 9/27/2012, 9 pm EDT.

If it's your turn to pick and you are satisfied with your position, you can go ahead and make your first pick. Once you make your pick, however, you are no longer eligible to trade your position.
