I'm sure if SOM had the money to pay someone to host tournaments and monthly theme-leagues they would. They're now only charging 60% of what they used to charge for a league, so I doubt it. I can't speak much for the interface, except to say it's very facile to use. If people have suggestions for feasible improvement, they should definitely send them in. As to customer service and retention, I'm one of the many players from 2002 who are still here, so they've retained a good amount of us. I've also had no problems with customer service, and they've often surprised me with their alacrity.

I'm definitely in for the tournament though and suggest we keep it no dh for 60's and 70's and dh for 80's and 90's.
