Some questions:

How will divisions be determined?

Will there be a draft after the season for supplemental player? If so, how many rounds?

Will there be a redraft after a number of seasons? (Other keeper leagues usually do a re-draft after 5 seasons.)

OR there could be term limits. For instance you couldn't keep the same player for more than X seasons in a row. That may encourage trading??
