90s Keepers Season 47

.. i would "trade" rights to Larkin/Dibble/Nomo if anyone were interested and/or it was kosher to make trades like that being new to the league .. didn't have a whole lotta options to choose from for keepers . None of the 3 would be truly in my kinda start list with those 3; but i'm looking forward to the league a lot !

The guy who had your team last year kept Boggs, Lance Johnson and Kirby Puckett, (who you no longer have). Supplemental pick was Larkin. Typically Alou is also often a keeper.

.. yeah, Boggs leaps off at you, i just don't like his cards vs. $ tag .. Lance did cross my mind for a second, but there's other very similar options around to use on a weak hitter CF only speedster who relies on triples for value .. i'll pass .. especially as a keeper .

.. Dibble gets me a fairly sure good to very good option in the pen, closer or otherwise ..
.. Larkin was "kinda" obvious .. but i'll really never get the $ tag associated with him .. to me it seems one of the most out of balance production vs. price tags in any mystery set . but i gotta take it, solid for sure at premium defense and top of the order bat which i don't have to shuffle in a SS option in auto-draft for .
.. Came down to Nomo, Avery, Boggs, Alou .. I'm gambling on the 40% shot with Hideo . Alou is too lefty centric for me .

In order to change your stadium you have to do it with your Supplemental pick, and drop to the back of the line to pick a player. In other words you're too late and you're stuck in the Astrodome for another season. Sorry.

The exception to this is if you're taking over an existing team as papavj and jsam9801 are. They can switch parks without penalty. One other exception is that if you're a playoff team and you want to change stadiums you use your Supplemental pick for it and don't get a supplemental pick at all.
