Agree with your premise---I added the pitcher/hitter designation to each team.

If a hitting team is drafting a player with a salary of $3.5 or less, please don't post your pick until the pitching teams before you have posted their picks. If a pitching team is selecting a pitcher with a salary of $3 million or less, please don't post your pick until the hitting teams selecting before you have posted their pick. If you are selecting a player who cannot be chosen by the other group, you are free to post your picks when the draft reaches you.

Also, I set up the league but accidentally made it a public league. I"m working with Strat support to change it to a private league. I'm hoping that is fixed later today.
