I was thinking yes, but let's put it to a vote. Being able to accumulate and retian top talent could be an interesting angle. Do we have an $80M cap? Vote Yes for a $80M cap or vote No for an unlimted budget.

i would for a cap but of 100 mill then 80 mill then no cap
