We re-draft every 5 years. Season 20 will be the next re-draft.

What does everyone think about setting the initial draft sequence for a re-draft year based on the performance over the last 5 years? You may be coming off a spell where you didn't have any of the real top stars, (Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Koufax, etc.) and weren't particularly competitive, and then get stuck with one of the lower draft positions making the next 5 seasons no better. We could easily base the draft sequence on reverse order of individual winning percentage, with play-off victories added to your win total.

I think it is a great idea and that is what I thought we were going to base the last draft on so I had compiled the five year records and sent to Jimmy, but we didn't use the winning percentages to determine the five year re-draft order. Count me as a yes for drafting based on winning percentage. Do we need a tiebreaker? Number of playoffs made in the five year period, finals reached as two tiebreakers.
