Plus DM is the way to get me to reply immediately.
I went through every league mail etc. No invite. Checked my email too. Nothing.

I don't know. He's been here and elsewhere asking for the code, which I assume he has by now. Sometimes life gets in the way. I'll try to reach out to him again if he's not in today.
