So it’s more try your best to get the player to that average usage. If like in spiders example the injury is a 5 who averages 500+ ABs he may be hurt so much that he only gets say 300. There won’t be a penalty when it’s injury related correct?

Either way I’m in this sounds fun, and I haven’t played SOM 365 in a couple years so looking forward to getting back into it!

To answer your question, in the example provided, we will be using the honor system regarding player usage. So, as long as the owner plays the injury prone player whenever possible when they are not injured, that would be consistent with the spirit of the league.

Once everyone joins and marks team ready for draft, the league will be created and divisional assignments will be complete. I will then send you an Excel file which details draft information so you will know which teams you will be drafting for during the three round draft. Just as a reminder, we will be on a relatively tight timeline for completing the draft before opening day. So, if you anticipate any conflicts which may impact your availability, please consider sending me your draft picks including alternates in case your first selections are not available.

Draft: The order of selection will be determined via a randomizer and results detailing draft order will be posted here. The draft will be snake style for the three rounds.

@In the first round, teams will be selecting a pitcher for one of their division mates.
• In the second round, teams will be drafting a hitter for one of the other teams in your division
• In the final round, either a pitcher or hitter can be selected for the remaining team in your division.

The players assigned to your team cannot be released and must be played---there are minimum requirements regarding plate appearances and innings pitched.

Only draft "good" players---players for your own team. The 3 round draft after the autodraft will handle those less desired players.

Just to clarify we can only give out players that are on the Wavier wire after the auto draft? What if it drafts someone we don’t want due to priority. Can we drop them/make someone else take them?

N---You are not required to keep any players assigned via the autodraft process. You are free to keep/drop any players other than the three assigned to your team by your division rivals.
