KEY RULES REMINDERS
1. You must play in the ballpark assigned to your franchise
2. You only get 3 free agents that you don't have rights too. You cannot trade or replace those 3 free agents. One of those is your draft pick from round 2. The other 2 are the $1M or under free agents that you begin the season with on your roster.
3. Your Round 2 Free Agent pick needs to be on your auto draft card.
4. Once the auto draft is made clear all the players you don't have rights to off your roster ASAP. Don't hang on to more $1M or under free agents than you are allowed until the last minute before the season begins. Give the other owner free shot at getting what they need.
5. You don't have to begin the season with your two $1M under free agents on your roster. You can save those spots for emergencies as the season goes along. But once you choose one, he can't be replaced. Any of your 3 free agents can be released, but you can't replace them. You can however pick them back up during the season if you need them.
6. Other than those 3 free agents, you have the rights or shared rights to all players who are carded for at least one season to your franchise or who you have picked up in a trade.
7. We are operating under the 5/10/20 waiver rule.
8. Please use the actual name of your franchise for your team name …. Cleveland Indians, Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox, etc. If you have owned the same franchise multiple Times and want to separate them for your records you can make small adjustments such as Boston Red Stockings, Boston Red Sox*, Boston Red Sox II, etc. (This a heartfelt request, not a requirement).
Thanks,
I hope this makes things as clear as mud.
I'm looking forward to season six and rest assured I already have some challenging formats ahead for seasons 7 through 10.
