It appears as though ALL of the 60's leagues are best of 7 for BOTH the semis and finals.

And in the 70's it's best of 5 in the semis and best of 7 in the finals.

AFAIK, it's always been this way. Am I wrong?

I don't think there is an option to make the semis best of 7. Same goes for the 80s.
