TriDec 1973 draft

I believe the rules said 4 rounds except for the first 80's and the first 90's, which are 6 rounds.

I've bumped the original posting to near the top so we can all have a read.
Only 4 rounds except for the drafts preceding a change in decade when it will be six (as we'll all have a lot of retires).
I wanted to keep the draft times short and nothing about this one tells me I was wrong.

We'll be able to load soon and get 1973-74 underway.
