That is correct. The old Washington Senators became the Twins in 1961 so any Washington cards from 1960 and before are the same franchise as the Twins. The expansion Washington Senators started in 1961 and later became the Texas Rangers.

And unfortunately Calvin Griffith did not stay in Washington in '61!

Bob Lee is listed as a LA Dodger for '67 even though he only pitched 6 innings there and 50 innings in Cincinnati....and finished the season in Cincinnati. seems weird.
