So am I understanding correctly that there will be no waiver fee and we can swap the players back-and-forth throughout the year, sort of like bringing them up from the minors?
For example, if you have a back-up catcher problem for one series, you can go get one and then send him back afterwords.
The same thing for a lefty or righty spot starter?
That way a 10-game injury doesn't hurt quite as bad, so you can go and get somebody.

Hey Austin, as stated in the rules we'll use standard waivers, which are 5/10/20. You can make as many moves as you wish as long as your money holds out. The $100M gives more flexibility than $80M.

I have rights to Rick Dempsey and I choose not to use him/ list him on my draft is he then available to his 2nd team the Yankees. Or does he always belong to the team he has most AB or IP with Curious minds want to know

Dempsey is always yours. He will never be available to the Yankees. Use Plate Appearances rather than At-Bats. It is the column the precedes At-Bats on Baseball Reference.
