Based on the last update I would give Fench to 12:22 am to make his pick before being skipped

Samh0711 has missed his 12 hour window but he can enter his pick any time. Starting at 10:28 AM Fench is on the clock. Fench can be skipped at 10:28 PM. fatdaddy can pick at 10:29 PM or as soon as fench picks. Again, this will be like the NFL draft.

I have never been in a draft before where people took 24-36 hours to make a pick- Being a 24 team draft makes it more problematic-
