New League: Rick Rhoden Rules

This is a non-DH 70s mystery league game. It's an $80K league that has one unique feature — there are 37 starting pitchers with a hitting rating of 3 or better and each team must have 3 and only 3 of those pitchers on its roster for the ENTIRE season. You have to draft 3 and only 3 and if you don't get who you would like then you can get them on the waiver wire or in free agency. They must be on your roster when the season begins.

I have a rather unusual DH league being filled now using the 70s Mystery card set. It's called Mendoza Line. I will start a different thread about it pretty soon.
